    R12.2 - disc number padding in CD Ripper

    In Options/Meta Data Options I have "Pad disc number to 2 digits" set. And it does pad the disc number to 2 digits in the tag. However, when the disc number is part of a "dynamic filename" the disc number is NOT padded (while the track number is).
