What firewall and security software are you using?

As Spoon said, if you cannot get the automated way to work, there is a way for you to ask for a manual link.

I use Mcafee security suite.I looked at the text you was talking about but I can not get this to work can I do this manually?Thanks.

When did you send the email? it takes 1-2 working days to manually lookup an order.
