    colons become semicolons, etc.

I noticed that when ripping CDs to WAVs (using r12.2) the colons I write in when naming tracks (such as "Act I.i:" in an opera track) become semicolons in the Windows filenames of the WAVs, but NOT in the ID tags--they remain colons in the ID tags. Also, the question marks become inverted question marks in the Windows filenames. Why does this happen, and can anything be done to correct it?

It is not possible to have : or ? in filenames (in explorer try renaming a file and type those characters).
