I bought dbpoweramp converter about a year and a half ago, and I just recently upgraded to Vista and now I don't have it anymore. Since you never have to renew you subscription, once you buy it you have it forever. How do I go about getting the full version again?

Yea I saw that actually after I posted my message, but the only problem with that renewal form is the fact that I don't have the info to fill out that form. I can give info to proof I have did buy dbpoweramp converter. My name is Mark Capriglione e-mail is <email removed>. I bought it about a year and half ago (late 2005 - early 2006) I really need this program, so the sooner I can get it would be great.
