    download problems

I am having trouble downloading this. It does not work right and says "Error Whilst running C:\ProgramFiles\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\Help\dMc\ind ex.html" It will not download help files, etc... and does not work right. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have already tried downloading from other sites, same thing. When I try to register it, it says that files cannot be found. Now what?

What is the name of the installation file you downloaded?
What version of Windows are you running?
Are you installing it via an Administrator Account?

      Re: download problems

power pack & mp3, 3187PP or R.12 I am running windows XP and yes it is an administrator account. When I click on dbpoweramp help it says that "the file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel", whatever that means. I am new to this. I got a Zune for Mother's Day and am still trying to figure out how to get the music on the computer. Zune is still in box, this is truly sad. If you know what this is, I hate to admit, but I need directions for dummies. Thanks a lot for replying.

Go to the dMC installation folder (by default, C:\Program Files\Illustrate\Illustrate\dBpoweramp) and go into the help folder, then dMC, then try to open index.html. If it opens the "Open with..." dialog box, open it with IE or Firefox, whichever you normally use, and make sure you check the "Always use this progam" box before you click OK.

Install Internet Explorer if you do not have it.
