No access to mapped network drive in Vista?

    Hi all

After upgrade to Vista I can't anymore get access to my mapped network drives from either CD Ripper or the batch converter. In batch converter they are not even visible.

Can anyone explain if Im doing something wrong. I had no access problems with dBpoweramp v.12 in XP.

    Thanks for any help.

Ahh sorry sorry. I have added network locations. Not actually mapped my network drives to a drive letter. I have done it right now and everything is fine now.

      Sorry again

Do note that using dMC on network drives results in slow operation and sometimes you can get odd results.

Hi LtData. Thanks for your reply.

Odd results? Like what for example? Can it affect the quality of the rip?

On my Gb network the operation speed seems fine

Nothing courrupt, just slow at encoding.

By odd results I meant that sometimes the encoding will pause at 99%, as it writes tags to the remote files. However, if your network is GbE, then you should experience less problems than users on 100Mb.
