Trying to convert m4a to mp3

Hi there. I've had to reinstall dbpoweramp converter and have downloaded and installed the codec which converts m4a to mp3 but I get an error message which states that I need to download the codec. Can anyone tell me what may be happening?

Which codec does it suggest you need to download?

Which version of the dbpoweramp converter did you install? Did you download and install the appropriate codecs for the version 11.5 or 12.2 of the converter you installed?

Can you post details of the codecs you have installed here (use the copy to clipboard option on the configuration program).
