Can't download registered software

hi @all,

3 days ago i purchased the dbpoweramp software package with the encoders and the extended download features..
i received the confirmation email with my order number and the download links. so both links wont work and i got in contact with swreg.org where i purchased this software. they only told me that i can support here in this forum...hmmm...ok itry..

so does anyone have an idea where i can donload a functionally registerd version of dbpoweramp...?

i also have tried the link posted here where to get the software while entering the order number....here i only get the message that i have entered a wrong number ?

so i spent my money and cant use this software...

has anyone advice ?

What firewall/virus checker are you using?

The database that sits behind the "Registered Link Retrieval" page that allows you to input your order number takes a few days to be updated with details of your order.

Update - Note that if your purchase is not over two weeks old, you need to read the instructions at the bottom of the link for a manual link.

hi,

sry i forgotten to note some other details.

i use mcaffee for viruscheck, and a harware firewall in my router.
i read some other posts, that there are empty fields, or some information is not shown while performing the steps to download. not i my case, i see all and i can enter all information...

...the download links provided in my email lead me to "the page u wat to access is not longer available"...

Send an email with your order number to:

Your order number will not be present on the registration retrieval, it takes 1 week to appear.
