    Normalizing Volume in a Movie

I have a movie with very different audio levels throughout.
First half hour is sounds normal; but, the next half our has really low volume and so on.

Could I use the 'Adaptive' option in 'Volume Normalize' to fix that?
And if so, what is 'window length'?

Also, would i need to mess with 'Desired Volume'?

dMC doesn't do video, just audio-only files. Sorry

Oh I thought there might be a codec install for WMV.
But, if I extract the audio then I could?

I want the same audio level throughout the entire movie.
After that I could apply 'Raplay Gain' so all my WMA/WMV's have same db volume.

If you extract the audio, then dMC can normalize the audio, yes.

I did; something about "is used to detect loudness".
Oh well, I'll just leave it at default.

              Thanks very much.
