    24/96K conversion

I have a set of 24/96K flac files which dbpoweramp misinterpret to 24/30.5K and so conversion goes astray. I downloaded the standard flac codec.

Is it not possible to convert using poweramp from other than 16/44.1k (which I have tried and which works well)?

Do I need other codecs, software, etc?

    Regards ACD.

Yes it was fixed. I downloaded and converted to 24/44.1 wav and it worked well. I did not yet analyze the spectrum of the 44.1 data and my question is: does dbpoweramp when donwsampling filter away modes above the Nyquist frequency, i.e. above 1/2 * 44.1?

The frequency conversion is a complex resample routine, rather than a simple decimation. If pro frequency conversion is enabled then SSRC is used, knon as one of the better resamplers.
