Batch playlist file type converter

I have 290 .pls playlist files

I recently purchased a media lounge and it will only recognize .m3u play list files

I can convert them one at a time but i want to do a batch conversion

is there anything that can do this....i have looked for hours and can't seem to get it done.

dMC r12 doesn't support playlist files.

Also, have you tried opening both copies of a playlist, one .pls and one .m3u and seeing what the difference is?
