Music Converter Error Message

I start the dAP program, select the *.mp4a file to convert, set to Mp3 (Lame) and hit the Convert button. [0%] dBPowerAmp Music Converter Box comes up and then get the following error message.

MusicConverter.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close....

Any ideas?

Are you using R12? where did your audio files come from? can other programs play them?

Where did the .m4a/mp4 file come from? Did you download and extract the Nero Digital Audio .exe's?
