converting wma to mp3

I have music in 128 kbps wma format,it will not play on my devices. Can I convert these to mp3? and what bit rate can I do this in? Also what is 128 wma equal to in mp3 format? I'm using the new db power amp 12.1. Thanks

Yes, you can encode to mp3 as long as your WMAs are not encrypted or DRM protected. 128kbps WMA does sound somewhat better than mp3 to some people, but you would be better off just encoding to 128kbps mp3.
