Every time (except the first time i used dbpoweramp) i try to convert mp3 files to wav, when i click 'convert' i get an error message (this program .... contact your supplier when this problem persists: detail= stack overflow....).
    What did I do wrong?
    How do I solve this?

On the Page after Convert To >> Wave - click settings to choose a different compression type.

Volume Normalize just makes quieter parts louder. Try using the DSP effect "Volume Quieten" to make the track quieter.
