AMG not returning any results??

hi,

i recently bought dbPoweramp reference so i can archive my CD collection. i purchased the amg access as well.

now when i try and rip a cd i get no results from an amg search. even for albums that do exist on the amg website...? the only time i get a result is if i search via freedb.

would there be any reason why i can't receive results via AMG? when i select amg settings i am told i have 353days access remaining? do i need to register on their site? or would there be a firewall problem?

any help appreciated!

If you click the arrow beside the "Meta" button, is AMG checked? If you click "Retrieve From" --> AMG, does it work?

no it doesnt work. and yes AMG is checked when i pres the Meta button.
i've tried alot of mainstream bands such as RHCP, coldplay, Pearl Jam, U2, and i can't get a response from amg. i only receive answers from freedb. when i remove freedb from search options, and only leave amg in, i get no response at all. when i put freedb back in i get response from freedb for the album i put in the drive, but not amg. am really keen to sort this out....
ps. am running comodo firewall. and am letting alt pass thru at the moment....

If you exit the firewall completely (close it, not just disable), does AMG work then?

have disabled my firewall, and just tried metallica, moby, and blink 182. and with AMG as my only option i get Track 1, Track 2 etc as my answers. when i select freedb. i get full track listings.... am i doing anything wrong? i'm in australia if that makes a difference....????

windows xp sp 2 running avg spyware thats all.
only thing different is i registered on anoter drive. then 2 weeks ago i bought a bigger drive and re-installed all my programs then... is really strange that freedb picks up my cds but amg not. am even getting accuraterip to acknowledge that my cds are in database...

Go into dBpoweramp Configuration, enable debug mode, launch the CD ripper, let it detect your CD, click the arrow-beside meta and tell it to retrieve from --> AMG, close the CD ripper and then paste here what you get.

here is what i get when i have freedb ticked also....
this is now searching for Blink 182 - Enema of the State.
Doesn't find with AMG , but finds with freeDb
