No "Arrange Music" option?

Loved this feature on previous version. wonder if it is hidden somewhere. doesn't appear in codec drop-down list or dsp options.
What to do?

See Codec Central, utitlity codecs section, it is now called Arrange Audio.

How do I use "Arrange audio? I don't see it in drop down list--where would I see it?

Once you install the utility codec, it should appear in the drop-down list. Note that the codec is for dMC r12 and above ONLY.
