Convert mpl files

I'm using Windows Media Player to build my playlists but Media player saves the playlists in WPL format.
Is there a plugin or codecs to convert wpl files to either mp3, wav or ogg?

dMC r12 doesn't support playlists.

Also, a playlist is just a listing of files, it does not contain the files themselves.
