    help please

The new TooLame encoder is very promising, and we were just about ready to deploy it when we ran into a strange problem:

We cannot make it work if the user does not have local admin rights.

I combed through the system and found every piece of the codec and dBpoweramp all their registry settings and gave Full rights to everyone - but it still only works if the logged in user has full local admin rights.

I'm not sure how to account for that, or how you could account  for it... the are XP workstations using Active Directory for authentication - but any thoughts you may have would be very helpful.

What version of dMC are you using, r12 or 11.5?

You are running into troubles when ripping CDs or converting files?

      thank you for you responce.
we are using DBpowerAMP 11.5, and i have not heard of any problem with ripping CD's just the problem about admin rights in the Windows XP Enviorment.

        Re: help please

Try dMC r12, as it is better with limited accounts.
