Error converting wma to mp3

Just purchased dbpoweramp to convert files and I am still getting this error.

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'C:\Documents and Settings......wma' to 'C:\Documents and Settings......mp3'
This WMA file is protected and cannot be decoded, file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Amanda\My Documents\My Music........wma' [clDecoder::Open]


Does this product support converting protected wma's, if so how? how do I get a refund if not

No, dMC cannot convert protected WMAs, as stated here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-cent...edia-audio.htm

As for refunds, they are not given once you download the program. There is a fully-functional 30-day trial that you are to use to see if the program does what you want to do. This is stated on the page here:
