unable to uninstall?!

It is very weird that i cannot uninstall the program.

I had already search the posts in the forum but no one can help me to uninstall the program.

When i tried to uninstall it, it said: dbShell.exe access denied. make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use"

In add/remove prog, it said that the program might have already uninstalled and it can only remove the name of the prog at the list.

Also, i had tried to uninstall it by choosing SpoonUninstall.exe but it said this file is not a correct program. SpoonUninstall.exe contains nothing in it(0kb) too which is so weird.

I think i had already turned off all the Explorer integration but yet, i can't uninstall it. :(

Can anyone help me and tell me what's happening?

I believe this is a bug that was fixed in r12.1. Download a new copy from the main page, install it, and then uninstall.

I have tried to install r12.1 but the same problem still exist. It is still unable for me to uninstall it.

Are there any other ways?

You need administrator access rights (not a limited account), reboot computer, install then uninstall through Control Panel: add / remove programs.
