bad mp3 conversion

Hi, I have this problem, mp3 conversion with version 12.0 has something wrong.
I've analyzed my mp3 and I have ever a bad last frame in my files.
With Dbpower amp 10 (where you can use the original mp3 dll) the mp3 files was perfect.
