DB power reads my RIO 500 as having no internal memory when I know it is 64 MB. Cant rip to portable. Tried to update the firmware to solve problem to no avail.
please help. Running windows XP home.

Make sure your rio is plugged straight into your PC (no hubs) and no other USB device is connected.
