Bought me a dell dude have question

As state in title have a new dell on board to replace my old xp. Have not been able to locate the sound areas to set up for converting. I have not installed as yet my dcpower amp files hopefully in the next few days.

This new vista/ie7 is taking me sometime to locate items so am asking for some help if someone has the same in locating what I need. I will say that my sound system is SigmaTel Hi Def.

What do you mean you cannot locate the sound areas to set up for converting? If you mean the sound controls, they should be in the Control Panel somewhere.
