    I need help please Emergnecy

I just downloaded some music form napster I burned the files on cd
and then i was tried to make them mp3 which is what i need for my mp3 player and i can not convert. it just say it can not convert th e first try
then i went to try it on musicmatch and i am not able to get any thing ther either.
It look liked it ripped the file but then it when i looked inthe folder i saw nothing. very weird.

I then went back to the convert (your program) and went to rip to and changed it to mp3 (lamexe) it was on ,p3 lame before that. It look like it ripped no error message but when i go to the folder there is nothing inside.
I have not ripped any music in a while on here so i am wodering if there is something else i have to do now?

I really need the help if anyone can . thanks

I believe i purchased you lastest stuff earlier this yea2 i am not sure where to look on the program to give you the specs.
I just woud like to be able to use my music thanks so much for the help.

Where are you looking for the files ripped? rip once, then rip again and the overwrite page will show exactly where the files are being written.

Try ripping to drive c then move them to the removable drive.

Version numbers are in the Start Menu under Programs --> dBpoweramp Music Converter --> Configuration --> dBpoweramp (or dMC) Configuration. The newest version is r12.1, accessible at the link below, and regarding codecs, use the "Check for Updates" button in dBpoweramp Configuration to check for codec updates.
