WMA not know

I have a problem with WMA with DMC 12.1 Reference. WMA is not know in the "codec" zone. I installed wma player 11 with your WMA "dBpoweramp-Codec-WMA10Pro" package but I have nothing in the software :(

i have windows xp sp2

Yes I downloaded this package, i can select windows media audio 10 in the dbpoweramp cd ripper but i have nothing in the "codec" zone in "Windows Media Audio 10 encoder settings".

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the WMA codec and see if that fixes it. Also, make sure you got the version for your version of dMC (r12 is in main Codec Central, r11.5 and older are in Legacy Codec Central.)

You have installed the 10MB file, not the smaller one for Vista?

i installed the full files call "dBpoweramp-Codec-WMA10Pro" (remove and reinstall the package) from this link "Windows Media Audio 10 Pro Release 2 (Windows XP)" but I have always the same problem with dmc 12.1 reference :(

The extracts above seem to imply that you have wma installed. When you say that wma does not appear what exactly are you referring to? CD Ripper? Convert To?

He says the WMA encoder appears, but no wma settings are listed within wma, which suggests that wma is not installing on his windows. You have tried to install with administrator rights?

Same problem for the cd ripper and the dmc converter, I am on windows xp sp2 and i am on a administator count
