quest/comment on profiles

There doesn't seem to be a "save as" for profiles. As near as I can tell, any setting made is immediately saved in the current profile (right??)

But I can't take the current profile, make a few tweaks, and then save that profile with a new name. Or at least I don't see how to do it.

I think you make a new profile and then make changes to it as you want.
