Boost audio source volume ??? (increase sound volume)

I'm using DBPowerAmp 12 to convert Mp3 or other audio formats, but I don't know how to boost the volume to increase it ? :D
Can I do that with DbPowerAmp or did I need to add a plug-in ?

Install the DSP effects from the beta section of this forum and use the "Volume Normalize" DSP.
