2 pass inactive but powerpack ok

Hi,
I bought version 11 of dbpoweramp with the powerpack. I can record in wma 2 pass. Yesterday, I made the update of the program, version 12 and powerpack am activated, but I do not have any more accesses to 2 pass in wma??? Can you help me?
I do not know how to contact the manufacturer of the program directly. I have to send an email but it returned (the email was in my purchase invoice).

Check dBpoweramp Configuration (Start Menu --> Programs --> dBpoweramp Music Converter --> Configuration --> dBpoweramp Configuratin) to make sure your status for the PowerPack is Registered.

Also, did you install the WMA codec from Codec Central? All codecs were updated for r12, so your old codec from r11 won't work.

I have installed the version gived by the link for registered user. So, the codec is the latest. The 2 pass it is'nt actived and I can't make the 2 pass "on" because the case is gray !

Does your WMA codec show up under installed decoders/encoders?

Here is the copy of installed codec.
Wma is only marked in the decoder list but I can compress in Wma. The result is a file marked wma pro 9 (in the tag) - 1 pass.
I have manualy reinstalled the wma codec. Same Thing !!

Ok I find why...
I have installed the 9.2 version.
But if I install the 10 pro, It's ok... The 2 pass is actived.
For information, the upgrade file don't install the latest codec of Wma...
