Hello all. I've got a big problem. I was backing up my HDD as usual and when all said and done I had no OP system on my HDD and my External HDD is blank as well. I don't know what I did but it went very wrong. OK..reinstalled Win. XP Pro, got all my programs that I had disc for but a lot of my bought software is gone. When I purchased my version I think it was $14.00. Is there any way to show that I purchased this by my Email address or something. I have just started using thumb drives and so all I did was copy my Email to a receipt folder and saved it there. All is gone. Looking at support on the home page referees me to this forum. Can someone please help. I'm at a standstill on my music conversion.Thanks in advance
