Had to re format computer...went to your registration site to get copy of software....I have my Order # but then it asked for name and password after that and its been over 2 years and I can't remember the P/W. Please help as I loved your program and really will miss it. I had the product 3187PP Power Pack & Mp3 Encoder License. Thanks in advance for any help.

We do not keep a searchable database for orders more than 2 years old, only with a saved order number can you retrive the registration. -
