I just ordered 3 copies of dbpoweramp converter, and never received my download link.
The shopping cart was VERY flakey, so I'm guessing the problem is there.

What do I do?

Check your spam folder, first.

Then, if you still can't find it, make sure your order was actually charged. If it was, send an e-mail to address at http://www.dbpoweramp.com/email.htm with your name, e-mail address used, and explain that you never received the e-mail. Also, if you ordered 3 copies, you probably want a refund for two of them, so mention that too.
