    No Dual CPU Support?

I recently bought this product and installed it on a dual CPU (Xeon) system. The configuration page says it is registered yet when using the CD Ripper it does not seem to recognize two CPUs. I was under the impression that the CD ripper would rip and convert simultaneously but it does not.

What am I doing wrong? I'm a total noob at this product but a quick search of the forums did not give me any answers.

    Thanks,

    Tom

Multi CPU support is in the Reference version, is that the one you are using?

Nope, I bought the "Power Pack" version. Looks like I wasted my money since dual CPU support was the main reason for purchasing. Can I upgrade without buying the whole thing again?

OK, saw the upgrade link and paid another $12.00. Now I'm just waiting for the download link. Does it really take 1-3 days? When I originally bought it the download link arrived within minutes....

It takes up to 1-3 days because your PowerPack purchase has to be looked up to make sure it is a valid upgrade purchase and not a repeat purchase on the same PowerPack number.

Is that a manual process? I will be disappointed (and almost done with the ripping I need to do) if I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get the software.

It is a manual process, yes.

OK. Well the "good" news is that I did not have much time to rip CDs yesterday. I am looking forward to getting the download link today.....
