Does the Fraunhofer MP3 IIS encoder in DB Poweramp Reference use Joint Stereo? If so how can I turn it off. Why isn't there an option for Joint Stereo like there is with Lame? Also why isn't there an option for VBR, ABR, etc?

Different codecs, there is nothing wrong with using JS, it is proven to increase audio quality, not reduce it.
