    Encoding to AAC 256kbps

I have read numerous posts on AAC in the forum. There are references to an installation procedure but I have not been able to locate one. I have a couple questions I'm hoping someone can answer.

    1) Where would I locate the installation instructions that tells me which codecs, utilities, and other (i.e. nero) executables I need to be successful with this?

    2) Do I need Nero is I am encoding to AAC 256kbps?

    3) I've seen reference to this software (AAC) being beta. Can someone tell me if there is a list of things known not to work at this time?

I do own licenses to the reference version and have been successful with the product in generating WMA and MP3 and just need to add AAC to my mix.

    Thanks in advance.

The instructions are in the help file after installing the m4a codec.

There are no known issues with aac encoding (only apple lossless encoding)
