Converting 24 bit wav files to MP3

Is it possible to use db powerAMP to convert 24 bit .wav files of various sampling rates to MP3? Example: 24 bit wav with an 88K sample rate to a 44.1K MP3.

I know dMC will convert WAV files, though I am unsure if 88KHz is supported. If it is, then dMC should have no problem converting your file.
