Any progress on known bugs in DMC?

Is there any progress on the known bugs listed in the FAQ? In particular, the lack of explorer columns and convert-to on the right-click in Vista are pretty annoying.

It's been over a month since they were posted on the FAQ -- is there anything we can be doing to help track this down?

r12.1 will be in beta in a week or two, I believe.
