AMG service expired 1 year early

Good day,
I just purchased the reference level Dbpoweramp a month ago and, already, my AMG subscripition has expired. I'm wondering what happened to the other 11 months of service and how I might go about remedying the situation. Any help would be greatly apprecieated (I have over 1000 cd's and am getting a headache from looking for all those covers....)

You downloaded and installed the AMG installer from the e-mail you were sent, correct? Note that the AMG subscription was a separate installer from the Reference installer.
