Error message WAV->Mp3

When attempting to convert WAV to mp3, I get this error message:

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'E:\mp3s\Tim Teleclass\cardsmix.wav' to 'E:\mp3s\Tim Teleclass\cardsmix.mp3'
Lame Encoder: Error Converting from 'Format Tag: 1 Channels: 2 Bits per Sample: 16 Samples Per Second: 44100 Bytes Per Second: 176400 Block Align: 4 CB Size: 0' to 'Format Tag: 1 Channels: 1 Bits per Sample: 16 Samples Per Second: 22050 Bytes Per Second: 44100 Block Align: 2 CB Size: 0'

Attempted Lame settings were: Mono, 22k, 24kbps.

Just upgraded to R12, and unable to convert since.

Never had any probs with previous versions.

By the way - what happened to the 'normalise' option dBConverter used to have?

It is now a DSP effect. DSP effects are currently in beta in the Beta section of this forum.
