Licence retrieval

Please help! I can't for the life of me remember where I downloaded by Reference copy of R12. But in playing with Sveta, Beta's and R11.5. I can no longer see the Powerpack on R12.

Therefore, I downloaded the trial, installed it and was going to retrieve my licence, bought on 4/3/07. However, although I can order my order number and then the "string" it just errors saying it is wrong.

If you tried to do a "Registered Link Retrieval", it normally takes about two weeks for your number to be in the database. If this is the case, try re-downloading from the link in your e-mail. If that does not work, send your order number, name, and date of purchase to the e-mail at http://www.dbpoweramp.com/email.htm.
