I'm using foobar (as suggested) to join tracks into one, in my case using the .ogg codec (the new lancer SSE3 version), however I notice that it dies (can't write output file, error 0) any time I try to join/encode more than about 1hr 40 minutes of sound files. I'm only using q=0, so the files are still pretty small.
Is this a limitation on the .ogg format, or a bug in the codec? I haven't tried any of the earlier .ogg encoders yet, but I guess that is the next step.
