dB audio convertor won't start up?

I'm running Windows Vista and just recently when I right clicked on the files and selected "convert to", db audio convertor would pop up and give me my menu to select what to convert to and whether or not to delete the original files or not. I selected "convert" and the program just closes.

I know this program works with Vista as I've used it before.

I just uninstalled it then re-installed and everything seems fine now.
