I am using XP Professional on a Pentium 4 computer. I followed your advice, cleaning up the internet cache, but I still cannot load Thompson mp3PRO Audio Player v1.1.0. I download it, start the installation, click next on the install shield and get the error message:
Can't run 16 bit windows program,
Cannot find file C:\....\Temp\pft3~.tmp\setup.exe
Check to make sure path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available.
