I was excited watching this latest version convert using my 4 core processor a few times, but now I can not see the convertor at all while it is converting. I can minimize, restore, or move. When I try to move the pointer shows up in the upper left the screen. Usally I can change the screen resolution and get the program back, but that did not work. Is this a bug? I would like to be able to see the progress bars again. I also tried re-installing, no luck.... I think this problem started after I registered. Someone please advise or comment that you have the same problem. Thanks!

It remebers the position, so if you drag to the right and change to a lower resolution...

I think I have the same problem here, but it is not rectified using the reg reset utility.
Basically, the converter is stuck to the task bar and will not maximise, when you click right mouse button on the taskbar icon the only options are Move Minimise and Close.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail - i cannot see the main conversion window once the conversion starts!
I usually use 1280 x 960, i have extended my res to 2048 x 1536 and there is definitely no window there.
I am a fully registered user of the R12 reference. PLEASE HEEELLLPPP!!

PS I am running XP SP2 and have not installed any new software or done anything to this PC to cause this problem - it is not my main PC just my games/encoding PC so it is a very stable system.

Yeah, I have this problem, too. I actually wasn't going to mention it because I figured I was alone and didn't want to sound fussy. But as long as we're homing in on a problem, I'll throw in my two cents. It worked fine the first time or two I ran the program, but now that box is hiding in the taskbar and won't come out.Comment

NO - I take it back, the reg reset has worked, I needed to run it twice for some reason.
