m4a Codec install problem

Downloaded and ran the install for the Codec for m4a, all Ok until error:
"Error whilst running c:\program files\illustrate\dbpoweramp\dbconfig.exe"

I cannot convert m4a files so i guess this step is crucial.

Where do I go from here?

That error normally means you are running dMC r11.5. You can either upgrade to dMC r12 or get the r11.5 codec from Legacy Codec Central. The link is in the main Codec Central near the top.

dBconfig is there for R12 as well, it is as though dBpoweramp music converter is not installed, install r12.

All fixed, thanks all.
R12 installed although I had to run the install twice.
