Help
I have converted a few months ago several songs from wave to MP3 and downloaded them to my Razr v3 fine. I can hear them in my ringtones but cannot apply them to people in my address book. According to my carrier I need to go to you for assistance. Do you have any suggestions? What did I do wrong?

Only the Razr support people can tell you the requirements of an mp3 file are (such as ID Tags, etc) -

What specifically should I ask them because when I called they told me I needed to go to the 3rd party since I did not purchase song from Cingular or Motorola and why is it some work and others do not if all were done the same way.Comment

Ask them what the ID tag requirements, bitrate, channels, frequency requirements to make a file a ringtone.Lt. Data
