How to tell bitrate of MPC file

Tags don't show bitrate and GSPOT does not support MPC. How can you find the bitrate?

If you right-click on the file and choose Properties and then click on the "Audio Properties" tab, does the bitrate not show up at the bottom of that window, along with the frequency and channels?

If I choose Properties then ID Tag Windows crashes. If I hold my cursor over an MP3 the tag shows me the bitrate. GPSOT only supports MP3, MP2, WAV, AC3, PCM not MP4, MPC, FLAC, APE, etc.

You do have the MPC codec installed, correct?

A codec utility that can tell you what codec a video is using along with the bitrate of the video and sound. The full name is "GSpot Codec Information".
