I've tried looking for this info- please point me to the answers.

I had a registered version of the converter until I installed the v12 betas. Now that v12 is no longer beta is there another fee for upgrading to that version from 11? If so, where is the registration info re the upgrade? If not, how do I register for the v12 final?

over the last couple weeks, ive gone to the registration retrieval page you have noted in the link above, however the link to Initiate Registered Link Retrieval (embedded = http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/registration) doesn't load or times out in both IE and Firefox.
is there something else that should happen or page i should be navigating to?

I've bought dmc r12 reference some days ago,...
While I know that this doesn't give me reference updates for life... would it include PowerPack updates for life?

If you have Reference R12 and R13 comes out, and you want R13 you have two choices:

Pay for the upgrade,
or install the R13 non-reference version, the power pack elements will stay active, Reference will be inactive.

@meechelle: The page works fine for me, which normally means its a program on your computer that is the problem. What antivirus, firewall, and "security" software are you running? Try disabling it and then loading the page.
