    WAVE => MP3 = damaged file

    I convert a WAVE-file to MP3 and when I try to play the MP3-file in Windows Media Player I get the message ".. file is damaged..".

    Any suggestions?

    regards/BeO

      Hi,

      Sorry! I was wrong about the format, it's wma. It's possible to convert back from mp3 to wave and wma and get a file that can be played in Real player.

        If dbpoweramp is able the read the wma file with out damage, then the file is possibly ok.
