How to submit to freedb?

In a previous of dBpowerAMP Music Converter, I often inputted track data from new commercial CD's and sent to freedb without problem. Now, in r12, I see only "Retrieve" in the Meta drop-down and not "Submit"! Can anyone please help? I feel a little silly...

Not until R13 will that option re-appear.
