Hi,
I'm a new user of the trial version as of today. I have R12 and I installed the AAC/M4A decoder/encoder, with the goal of converting from .m4a to lame .mp3.
Everything works great for the FIRST conversion after a reboot, including the tags. But when I try to convert a second file, I get the following error message:
"Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Music\aac\The White Stripes\Elephant\01 Seven Nation Army.m4a' to 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Music\lame\01 Seven Nation Army.mp3'
Error opening file, check no other program has it open. [clDecoder::WriteIDTags]"
And in fact the IDTag did not convert, i.e. the artist and title etc etc are missing when I do "Get info" on the .mp3 file.
TIA, John
